- Financial Planning: Chartered Accountant
Often, as executives leave organizations or make significant career changes there is a need to clarify their individual financial requirements. Our financial expert and tax specialist will offer sound tax/financial advice including a review of: cash flow, tax savings opportunities, asset management, pension options and the intricacies of self employment (sole proprietorship and incorporation). An expert in U.S. tax matters is also available if required.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Psychologist
Obtaining an accurate, up - to- date assessment of one's strengths , employment options and real passions is the first step in most Career Transition programs. We work with a very talented Employment Psychologist (PhD), fully accredited in Ontario and who has built a well known practice in the assessment field for over 25 years. The testing instruments used are valid and reliable and are widely used by professionals in the field throughout North America. On completion of the testing both a verbal and full written report are provided to the participant as well as follow-up development coaching.
- Job Market Analysis: Consultants
Leaving a secure position after a number of years can be unnerving at best, however. It is important that a participant's appreciation of the marketplace is as accurate as possible to ensure his/her efforts produce the best results. Available to the ECC program(s) is a complete team of specialists: Senior Search consultants, Compensation Specialists, Economists and general business consultants who are able to provide accurate up to date information and insight into the marketplace activity.
- Marketing Strategies: ECC
Once the focus of a participant's activity has been established the ECC consultant will assist the Participant to develop outstanding marketing materials: executive-style resume, profile, cover letters, and brochures. The participant will be coached in "Strategic Networking" and will be "connected" to individuals within the focused area. The participant will also be introduced to Senior Executive Recruiters and related resources as necessary.
- Presentation and Communication Skills: ECC
A resume will not "land" a job. Its is through a face to face meeting that produces 85% of all job offers. The participant is given training in practical interview and presentation skills. This is done one-on-one with the ECC consultant and often video taped practice sessions are held to emphasize the skills training.
