I have worked with Warren as of March 2000 starting out as my mentor when I was in transition. He has helped me to focus on the things which are important when you are in a situation like that by making sure that emotions (which are a big part in that case) are not ignored but put in a proper place.
He has been a big help in developing a personalized resume and always made sure that I kept my eye on the goals to be achieved. In addition to this he has been a continuous support pillar for me as a sounding board when I needed some help, guidance or just a willing ear to listen.
I believe him to be a strong coach with a very pleasant personal touch.
